This week the City of Everett, Washington revealed ten utility boxes that have been decorated by local artists in south Everett. Located along stretches of Casino Road and Evergreen Way the normally dull grey boxes were brightened by artists John Skewes, Rosemary Jones, Blanca Santander and Marsha Rollinger. Funding for the art project came from grants from L.I.S.C. Puget Sound with a major contribution by Kaiser Permanente and the project was spearheaded by the Village on Casino Road.
