Beginning July 22, the City of Everett’s annual Street Tunes program returns with colorful, artist-painted pianos placed throughout downtown and other community locations. Utility Box Art Project Brightens Streetscape in South Everett, Washington
This week the City of Everett, Washington revealed ten utility boxes that have been decorated by local artists in south Everett.
