The site of the former Nord/Jeld-Wen Door manufacturing plant is again up for sale and this time nearly all of the buildings have come down. The property is listed for sale at $26.8 million dollars and sits on nearly a million square feet. The property began use on the Everett, Washington waterfront in 1918.
