Driving down Rucker Avenue today and noticed quite a sight. The Rake and Shovel have been cut off the top of the top of the reader board at 3826 Rucker in Everett, Washington. All of the neon is also gone but the reader board and cross posts remain.

On November 20th of this year we posted photos and noted that the property which has been slated for a Senior Living Facility was going to be occupied by a church until 2027. The property was purchased a few years ago by the Everett Housing Authority.
Stopped by Pacific Stone Company at their new location at 2815 Nassau in Everett and owner Tim Gray told us he doesn’t know what happened or who took the top off and what they did with the pieces or neon. We have a call into Everett Housing Authority who owns the property and will update when we hear back from them.
