Recently noticed some work being done at the site of Everett Housing Authority’s Ben Young Senior Housing site in the 3800 block of Rucker in Everett, Washington. In 2024 long time tenant Pacific Stone relocated to 2815 Nassau Street and Everett Housing Authority announced plans to construct a 140 unit senior-housing facility. The original timeline had construction beginning in 2025 and occupancy in 2027. We reached out to Maxwell Figarsky at Everett Housing Authority who advised the following in an email.
“Plans have not changed. The church is leasing the space in the showroom until construction can begin. Construction is still targeted to start in early 2027.“
