There is a special election set for Tuesday February 10th with two decisions for voters in Everett, Washington. One is related to construction and capital Improvement bonds and the other is a levy.
A few things to be aware of about this election. The Voter’s Pamphlet with details and the pro – con statements is inside your ballot envelope and is not being mailed separately as is usually the case.
