On Saturday Scouts from Everett and Snohomish County placed American flags at the grave markers of persons who have served in the armed forces and are interred at Evergreen Funeral Home and Cemetery in Everett, Washington. Volunteers also placed flags around the driveways throughout the property. During our visit family members were seen taking care of loved-ones memorials. The official Memorial Day service starts at 11:00 AM Monday (5/25) with various activities taking place before and after the main event. The public is invited to attend and there is no charge.
