No details on the cause but no reports of injuries as a boat caught fire at the Port of Everett fuel dock shortly after 9:30 Friday morning. Here are some of our initial Seen in Everett photos. Here’s what we know so far from Everett Fire Department. There were four people and a dog onboard who were able to evacuate. Two subjects were evaluated for smoke inhalation. The boat is a 32 foot vessel, which is full with 300 gallons fuel. There is no apparent fuel leak or spill, however Department of Ecology and Coast Guard are assisting in the assessment of the scene. There was some damage to the fuel dock. The boat was towed away and the fuel dock reopened at 3 PM. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
