Just before 10 AM Monday morning firefighters in Everett, Washington were called to Wiggums Hollow Park at 2808 10th Street for a report of playground equipment on fire. Black smoke could be seen by firefighters from blocks away. They were able to put the fire out quickly and investigators with Everett Fire and Everett Police are now looking into how the fire was set and who may be responsible. The playground area is closed but the rest of the park is open. No injuries reported. Here are a few photos of the damage. Click photo to enlarge.
