After 35 Years As Professional Firefighter Dad Spends Last Shift Working As A Paramedic Alongside His Son In Everett Washington

For the last several years Rich Langford has been a Battalion Chief for the City of Everett, Washington Fire Department. He first came to Everett Fire in 1996 after five years elsewhere. In 2019 his son Chaz Langford joined the Everett Fire Department and is currently a Paramedic. On Sunday (Feb 15th) Rich served his last shift as Battalion Chief but he had one request for his final day with Everett Fire. To work along side his son.
