


In a boost to the opportunities for home ownership in Everett, Washington Pacific Ridge – DR Horton has filed a land use application to build 156 simple fee townhomes and 92 detached single-family home lots at the site of a long-closed Wal-Mart at 11400 Evergreen Way. Early plans include improving the site with paved roadways, storm drainage systems , and public and private infrastructure in support of the homes.
This is an initial application subject to revision and a public hearing appears to be needed as well. You can track the progress of the proposed development on the City of Everett’s online permitting portal.
