At approximately 1:30 pm today, Everett patrol officers responded to the 100 block of Madison St for a report of someone trespassing.
Following a short stand-off with police, the male was detained by officers. He was determined to be subject Francisco Moreno, sought by Marysville WA Police in connection to an eluding investigation and for his outstanding felony warrant.
Moreno will be booked into the Snohomish County Jail for his warrant and additional charges, including Assault in the Third Degree, and Attempting to Elude a Police Vehicle.
