It Appears A Tug Boat And Barge Carrying An Excavator Has Gone Under Near Mouth Of Snohomish River in Everett, Washington

You can see just the wheel house of the tug on the left of the photo.

This is next to the log yard on the Snohomish River just before it empties into Port Gardner Bay.

No injuries have been reported and a crew appears to be on scene. No word at this point if it was related to flooding in the area.
