Community Medical Centers, based out of Scottsdale, Arizona first approached the City of Everett, Washington back in 2023 with plans to convert the building at 5130 Evergreen Way that used to house Barney’s Pastrami and Northwest Camera Repair into a Medication Assisted Treatment Center for people experiencing opioid use disorder. Medications offered include Methadone, Suboxone, Buprenorphine, Naltrexone, and Brixadi. Here’s a bit about what they do from their website.
Community Medical Services specializes in treating individuals with opioid addiction disorders, including heroin and fentanyl. This includes opioid addiction, heroin addiction, and fentanyl addiction. We offer a combination of medication-assisted treatments, counseling services, and peer-to-peer support to help patients conquer their addictions and seize their potential.

At 10AM on Friday February 27th they will have a ribbon cutting with the Everett Chamber and Mayor Cassie Franklin. The public will be invited to take a tour and meet the staff and management.
