The City Council in Everett, Washington today voted to spend $75,000.00 with Western Display Fireworks, LTD to present the annual 4th of July Fireworks show. The vote was unanimous but councilmember Liz Vogeli said before the vote on the item which was in the consent agenda, “I’m gonna vote yes for everything but I don’t want this fireworks, they’re gonna go through anyway.” They did.
