It’s the annual Garden Arts Festival known as Sorticulture and it returns to Everett, Washington this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Running along Colby Avenue between Everett and Pacific with Food Booths, Artisans and Entertainment along both Hewitt and California between Wetmore and Hoyt. Hours are Friday and Saturday 10AM – 6PM, Sunday 10AM – 4PM….
