On Thursday March 27th Everett, Washington Mayor Cassie Franklin gave her “State of the City” address in front of a standing-room only crowd at Apex Everett in an event sponsored by the Greater Everett Chamber of Commerce. Here’s a link to our story on the speech with links provided by the City.
